At The Girls’ Middle School

We focus exclusively on serving the unique needs of girls in middle school:

To learn in deep and connected ways, to take risks in a safe, supportive environment, and to be surrounded by joy and community. As a result, GMS grads are ready to take on any path they choose with confidence and courage. Here, they’ve been given the space and encouragement to begin to discover and define for themselves who they are and what they’re capable of, opening endless opportunities for their futures.

Intentionally Middle School

Purposefully Girl Centered

Studies show that in middle school, adolescents experience more significant growth than at almost any other point in their lives. And girls, in particular, become aware of how others see them. They face a choice—define themselves or let others do it for them. Our evidence-based program, created purposefully to center and celebrate middle school girls, ensures that we support and embolden our students at this critical point in their development.

Fearless Learning

Every aspect of the GMS experience is designed to help your child stretch both academically and personally, discover her voice, and build her confidence, preparing her for high school, college, and beyond.

Boundless Joy

Middle school girls are actively building self-confidence and social skills, and they thrive when they’re surrounded by encouragement, connection, and compassion. At GMS, friendships flourish, mentorship matters, and every student is encouraged to be their best, most authentic self.

Endless Opportunity

At GMS, doors are opened. Each student engages in a wide range of unique offerings, designed to empower and enrich their middle school journey. Through these transformative experiences, our students discover who they are and begin to see all that they’re capable of.

And from here, the future is theirs to define and shape. For high school, college, and all that comes next, GMS prepares our graduates to embrace challenges with courage and confidence, know and believe in themselves, and boldly succeed in whatever paths they choose.
